WordPress is behind nearly half of the world’s websites. So, if you run an online business, you’ll likely need to work with WordPress eventually. But how can you grant someone else access to your WordPress site?
1. Log in to your WordPress admin page which will be: yoursitename/wp-admin/
2. In the toolbar on the lefthand side click on Users.
3. Choose the option to Add New User.
4. Type the person’s WordPress user name, email address and any other relevant information.
NOTE: WordPress automatically generates a strong password for your user to log in.
5. Set the appropriate role and click Add New User to send the email request.
6. The person you invited will receive an email invitation with their login details.
