PostHog is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. PostHog uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. PostHog stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. PostHog is contractually forbidden to sell any data collected on our behalf.

For further details, please see the PostHog informational site.

hCAPTCHA

hCAPTCHA is a service provided by Intuition Machine that allows us to confirm that only real people and not spambots can submit our contact forms. When you tick the box that says “I’m not a robot”, the provider places a cookie called NID in your browser, that communicates information such as what language your browser is set to, the date, how many mouse clicks you have made on the screen, and what other related cookies you may have on your device. Other Cookies

We may use other cookies, so we have an idea if our site works for the visitors or not, and to process your order. However, we don’t store any personal identifying information in these cookies, unless you have previously provided information during a chat session.
