We are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our staff and our community. We have a hybrid working structure that allows us to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

We allow time and space for team-building experiences that are good for people and the planet. For example, we plant trees in our local community in Cork with Green Spaces for Health.

We help local charities with pro bono work, such as Cork Cancer Care Centre. And we have joined Pledge 1% to support Iris House Cork, a charity that helps people and families affected by cancer.

As we work in a fast-developing industry, all of our staff are constantly training to stay up to speed.

We encourage our employees to find online courses that they can do within office hours, while we cover the costs.

We are looking into training to help us increase our understanding of sustainability principles in our work, such as sustainable marketing and Ad Net Zero for designers.

We also offer work placements to young people to help them develop in their careers.

For our internal operations, we strive to use platforms and services that run on renewable energy, and encourage our clients to do the same. We have run a staff carbon scoping survey to measure our impact and set reduction targets, according to our GHG Protocol results from the year before.

We have a conscious and considered approach to resource use and waste management. We are a completely paperless company and prioritise purchasing sustainably sourced materials from companies with a proven commitment to a healthy environment.

According to our latest Staff Waste Management Survey, all of our employees segregate their waste when working from home. We encourage our employees to refurbish their devices to prolong their use for as long as possible and, when the time comes, dispose of them responsibly.

We are mindful of our carbon footprint and have done the necessary scoping to start our decarbonisation journey.

We are assessing our digital stack for any inefficiencies and strive to work with online tools and platforms that run on 100% renewable energy to minimise our digital carbon footprint, something that often goes unnoticed in the digital industry.

In line with our commitment to consistent monitoring and improvement, we conduct annual Staff Satisfaction and Staff Carbon Scoping surveys to measure results using the Green House Gas (GHG) Protocol, and set new targets for the year ahead.

We are committed to giving back to the planet and offsetting as much of our environmental footprint as we can. Working together with Green Spaces for Health, we planted trees in our local community at St. Killian’s Primary School in Cork in 2024.

In 2025, we took our annual tree planting initiative to a new level by collaborating with Green Spaces for Health and Community Climate Action Funding from Cork City Council, supported by the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications. We can’t claim all the credit, though. The event was open to participants from other organisations and businesses as well.

Together with a growing community of eco-conscious companies, we are making plans to create a dedicated tree nursery. It will be a place of collaboration, wellbeing and measurable environmental change in an urban environment.

We are looking forward to expanding our network of conscientious businesses that are looking to drive a global revolution that benefits people and the planet.

We have joined Pledge 1%, a global initiative encouraging companies to dedicate a portion of their resources to community-focused initiatives. By pledging 1% of company time, Revolution supports Iris House Cork, a charity that helps people and families affected by cancer.

We have an ongoing collaboration with Green Spaces for Cork, and offer volunteer opportunities to other organisations to join us for tree-planting events.
